FUNCTION MENUS
We cater the following sit down meals for a minimum of 30 people. You may make a single or double (50/50) selection, or we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements. However, we cannot offer à la carte for functions.
Please choose from the following menus – we will give you a final quotation, but the following prices will give you an indication.

Extras: We would also suggest that you might like to have the following extras at your lunch/dinner party:

Dégustation We are also happy to design a Dégustation menu for you based on the following menus. 6-7 dishes, matched with our wines. Average price $100 per head plus wines.

Entrees

Prawns on a noodle salad with wild rosella and ginger sauce
Marinated garlic prawns with rice and white wine creamy sauce
Lightly-fried calamari with Mediterranean style salad and lemon aioli
Herb crusted sardine on puff pastry with a fennel and onion salad
Smoked chicken and fresh vegetable medley with fig chutney
Asian style warm chicken salad with crispy noodles and Pialligo Estate dressing
