2007 Riesling             $20 a bottle
An excellent vintage, with cool nights and dry conditions created a perfect extended ripening period, allowing development of the natural acid structure and further concentration of flavour in this wine.
This Riesling, pale straw in colour, is crisp and refreshing with high natural acidity and aromas of flower petals and citrus. Our Riesling is semi-dry, and does contain some fruit sweetness.
This wine is made by expert Riesling maker Greg Gallagher, who has made this wine with meticulous care to maintain its freshness and intensity of flavour. It can be cellared for 5-7 years.

2007 Pinot Grigio      $25 a bottle SOLD OUT
Pinot Grigio is the Italian name for the French Pinot Gris. It is the same grape, but treated differently. This classic Italian style is fresh and lively with floral scents of apples and pears.
Our Pinot Grigio is well-structured with soft natural acidity and a zesty, fresh, crisp finish. With age it will take on a viscous, smooth, smoky character. This wine will be at its best over the next three years.

2007 Chardonnay         $20 a bottle
Our Chardonnay is very lightly wooded – almost an unwooded style. The fruit from this medium-bodied wine was harvested in cool conditions to capture the delicate flavours and aromas. Only 20% of the fruit was barrel fermented, and for only one month. This leaves the wine fresh and crisp and enables our winemaker to highlight the fresh varietal fruit characters of the Chardonnay grapes.
This wine has peach and other stone fruit flavours, well-balanced acidity and finishes fresh and crisp on the palate. It is a delicate, youthful, pale straw colour with green hues.

2007 Rosé                     $20 a bottle
Pialligo Rosé is made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Cabernet Franc grapes. It has a fruit berry bouquet and a vibrant yet round and soft mouth feel. The colour of our Rosé is light, bright and highly attractive. The wine has just a trace of sweetness, balanced with tangy acidity to create a crisp, fruity wine.
This wine is made to drink now, so make sure you enjoy it today!

2005 Merlot                  $20 a bottle
A clear plum red colour, this wine has a rich berry aroma with a spicy full fruit flavour. It has a fruit sweetness combined with savoury tones. The richness and velvety finish, derived from ripe fruit, is balanced by crisp acidity and supple tannins. The wine has undergone malolactic fermentation in oak and a further 12 months in French oak barriques have enhanced its complexity. This Merlot can be enjoyed for the next five years or so.

2006 Sangiovese           $25 a bottle
Sangiovese is the classic grape variety of Italy. It is best known for its role in Chianti wines. Sangiovese is an earthy, complex wine which shows dark cherry fruit flavours. It is a great food wine and should be enjoyed with great Italian feasts of pizza, tomato-based pastas and other high carbohydrate foods!
This bright cherry-coloured wine displays a concentrated spicy bouquet with earthy undertones. The palate is soft and supple with well-integrated firm tannins from mature oak. If you like these wines now, try and cellar it a few years, maybe up to seven. It will only get better!

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon

                                                   $20 a bottle
This densely flavoured, rich, red-purple wine, made from well-ripened grapes, has the typical cassis character of this variety. It is superbly balanced with fine tannins and loads of flavour and mouth feel. It has undergone malolactic fermentation in barrel, then a further 12 months French oak maturation has added complexity by marrying fruit characters with those derived from the oak barrels. A well-balanced and mouth-filling elegant wine. The Cabernet is drinking now but will develop with up to four years cellaring.

2005 Shiraz  Viognier                $20 a bottle
This deep, clear, red plum wine is ripe and full bodied with a light dried fruit or raisin bouquet. It has a creamy texture with spicy, plummy fruit richness and undertones of the pepperiness typical of this variety. It is soft, opulent and rich with an abundance of flavours and a touch of sweetness mid-mouth. Malolactic fermentation took place in barrels, and the wine was matured for a further 12 months in French oak barriques to create a crisp, long, clean finish and well-rounded mouth feel.
This Shiraz will cellar up to seven or so years.
